Destiny 2 not opening properly

I have a fantastic computer see my profile for details but for some reason, I cant get destiny 2 to launch anymore. it worked yesterday and now it doesn't I have changed nothing. I've already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it multiple times I even got rid of the bettle.net app and I still have the same issue. this link is the video of it.https://photos.app.goo.gl/cvZ4FampRst0kNPV2

No, i haven't. Battle.net support did everything they could and still, nothing has changed
