HELP NZXT RGB Fans not working properly and are very dull

Need some help with NZXTs RGB fans and HUE+ not working properly ( are very dull ) and not showing up on CAM. I checked all cables, tried to connect the micro usb to external usb, tried a another power supply, tried to uninstall and reinstall CAM and all the drivers for HUE+ several times but still having the same problem with CAM not showing light controls and the LEDs on the fans are very dim and looks like only a couple lights work on each fan. The HUE+ also gets hot.>:(

Check if evreything is plugged in properly.Otherwise just RMA

think im going to have to do that because i have 2 led strips and nothing works when i connect to the hue+

the fans get power separate from the LED and r running fine.
