Can I start my MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC Motherboard without CPU and RaM just for testing

I want to Know can I turn it on without CPU and RAM and SSD just for testing because my CPU, RAM, SSD haven't arrived yet or is there any way to test the motherboard is in working condition so I could return it if it's not working.

I wouldn't power that thing up unless it's all connected.
