Does this camera app exsist?

Is there a way I can setup a 2 way mic and camera between my phone and tablet. Basically a Skype call but between 2 devices and not really a call

I would need 2 account though if I used Skype for this

No idea if there's software that can do that, but I know you can screen share one-way with chrome remote desktop.

All you would need to do is open the webcam software which will show the video feed on the screen, and then maybe configure some audio so that the mic input is also output by the computer (since chrome remote desktop also streams audio)

This wouldn't be two way communication though.

What's the problem with two skype accounts? Their free... You could try using discord's video chat feature. It's much better than Skype's.
