Does size matter?

Talking physical size, I mean. I've seen 6.5 inch cards with one fan, and 9.5 inch cards with two fans, both of which seem to have relatively the same stats. Other than the obvious cooling advantage of the larger card, does physical size matter in GPUs?

I prefer a smaller gpu with 2 big fans like gaming x than Asus strix triple small fan.

That's subjective, but it depends on what your case can handle and you're willing to bargain for.

Cooling and a few fps more or less. Usually the bigger cards have better cooling.

Physical size affects the chassis you can use.  Otherwise I'd just look at the price and judge the brand.

Unless you go for extreme cards (Vega 64 overclocked *cough*), the noise levels depends on the fans used and cooler design more than the actual size.
