What's a good motherboard for my build?

Hello, I was wondering what a decent motherboard for my build would be. My build consists of

CPU: I7-7700k

GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC

Ram: 16gb ddr4 Kingston Hyper X

Case: NZXT S340.

CPU Fan: Cryorig H7

PSU: EVGA 500w Bronze Certified https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012&cm_re=evga_500w-_-17-438-012-_-Product

 

I was thinking of the MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Plus https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130997&cm_re=msi_z270-_-13-130-997-_-Product

But was wondering if there is something else that would be better or cheaper, I'm trying not to spend over $120 on the motherboard, Cheers ~ ScatterWolf

Why buy into Z270, which is a dead plattform? Get Ryzen or Coffeelake.

Alright then this is unbalanced.

Get an 8400 or if money permits an 8700k, alongside z370 mobo. Get 8gb of ram, and if you need more you can always add (Get 1x8gb)  and a better gpu. Also look at PSU Tier list and get something within your budget thats tier 1 or 2.

Wasn't really looking for a complete pc overhaul and more so just the motherboard as i already have most of the parts

Man that was a really bad idea. You're working on a dead platform with a crappy powersupply (Tier 5, one of the worst) which wont help you since I'm assuming youre OC'ing, too much ram, and a mediocre gpu for the CPU youre getting. This build is really unbalanced....
