From APU to Ryzen - choosing final peices

I'm finally doing my long overdue upgrade, carrying over some parts from my previous system, but here's what I'm working with. 

 

R5 Ryzen 1600x CPU 

16(8x2)GB Vengeance RGB 3000mhz

CX 750M modular power supply

XFX RX480 RS 4GB card (swappable fans) 

Generic ATX tower

1TB HDD (7200rpm)

 

I still need a motherboard and cooler, trying to aim for a 3.9ghz OC, maybe even 3200mhz on ram. I'm hoping for the best motherboard to house it and a cheap tower cooler to get me by until I can put it on water. Hoping to go monochrome for the board, needing space for my wireless card (damned roommates) and if there's a board and cooler combo with SPDIF optical output for under 150 US then I'm ordering tomorrow.
