Hey All,

Doing a project for a uni and basically want to set up an rfid sticker on something that I've 3D printed so it will allow me to log into an iPad. Possibly something bluetooth so it looks professional with no cables. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Cheers

My initial thought into what he was describing was that he probably meant NFC stickers.

RFID is a similar tech to NFC - same exact concept, radio tags that can be scanned by a scanner of some sort. NFC is considered a "subset" of RFID.

I do not believe that RFID tags can be scanned by NFC. It really depends on which kind of RFID tags are being used:

SOME NFC enabled devices will be able to read an RFID tag (HF subtype), but not every NFC device will be able to do so.
