Help on updating Graphics Card

I'm not very tech-savvy but I am trying to update graphics card but not sure what graphics card will be able to be supported by my motherboard/power supply. My power supply at the moment is an ATX 400W Switching Power Supply. My motherboard is a Gigabyte B85M-D3V Motherboard, DDR3, M-ATX. I am trying to upgrade to an Evga Geforce Gtx 1060 Gaming, 03G-P4-5160-Kr, 3Gb Gddr5. Would that be possible or will I have to upgrade other parts of my computer?

what's the exact model of your PSU, and specs of your rig?

I would definitely upgrade the power supply, look for a grey labelled Corsair CX450M or 550M. Other than that, you should be fine.

SolyTech is the model name of my power supply. CPU is Intel i5-4460 @3.20GHz 4 Core

yup new PSU. CX 550M at $35 seems to be the best deal in the US atm.

 

How much for that graphics card? I'd get this instead unless it's cheaper
