You don't need them to be the same size.

The head of the screw will not fit through the fan hole.

You just need the screw to thread into the case.

Usually the screws come with an AIO, or you will need to buy them separately if you're not using an AIO.

It's hard to tell what I'm looking at, if the threaded holes are meant for fan's then you need something like this picture to go through the fan first then into the case.  If the fan is going behind the frame then the larger holes might fit a standard fan screw through it and into the fan.

 

 

edit: on second glance I think this is a terribly designed case that expects you to put fans behind the frame and remove all of the drive bays

 

I think radiator screws will work here
