Intel Budget Build

I would like to build an Intel based PC for 1080p 60 FPS gaming, and casual internet browsing.  My budget is around $750-$850, not including the OS. I'm located in the USA.

My current set-up:

- Dell Inspiron 7559

    - Intel i7-6700HQ 2.6 ghz

    - 16gb RAM

    - Nvidia GTX 960m

- BENQ RL2455HM 1ms 60Hz 1080p monitor

Preferences:

- ITX build

- GTX 1060

- Intel i5 quad core(3.0+ ghz) or Intel based equivalent

- 8gb Dual ram (space for 16gb in the future)

- 1TB hard drive

- Minimal RBG/LED lights

- Built in Wi-Fi

Bonus:

- SSD for OS files (for fast start up)

- Black case w/ right side tempered glass panel.

Components needed:

- Motherboard

- Power supply

- Hard Drive

- SSD

- Case

- Cooling

I have little experience with parts being compatible, how much power these components draw, and what can house them.

If anyone has recommendations for a case, power supply, motherboard, and hard drive space please let me know.  Thanks!

The only I5 that is worth buying with this budget, and it's sold out. Good luck finding one. Just get a Ryzen equivalent.

Why? The 8100 would cost less, and perform the same.

There's a 3000 MHz kit available for pretty much the same price. Why not that one?

The 1060 6GB is available for the same price. Why not that one?

That's a fire hazard, due to faulty OPP.

That's one of the bad AM4 boards. There are cheaper and better boards available.
