How to get gpu chipset temps? If possible.

Tylerspyler

I have an Asus GTX 1070 stryx. I managed to get a stable OC of around 2126mhz on the gpu, and around 8500mhz on the memory. I verified the stability by running it at max for a whole day. My question is, can you even get the temps of the memory and other components? The gpu stays around 55-60 at full load, which from what I have read is very cool. But I purposely down locked my memory as I don't know what it's temps are. If the gpu is that low, would it be safer to assume the rest is ok?
