Hey, i changed some settings in my background thing and now my screen only shows the colors black and white (Pc settings) Please help me

PC settings or monitor settings? A picture or two would help. 

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Go to personalize, colors, and click settings for high contrast in the top right corner. Then disable the color filter.

I was kinda angry becausei was trying to zoome out my screen wallpaper thing.. soo yeah i was messing around
