I just wanted to say thank you for all the videos and the help I got on the forums, ended up with:

Gigabyte b350-hd3

Ryzen 3 1200

8Gb Corsair

A 500w psu because my old one only had a 4pin CPU output 

And a borrowed amd video card until I'll get mine, looking for a new one on a 200$(800 Romanian Ron) budget

I'm open to suggestions, considering a gtx150 ti.

Anyway, thank you for all the great advice
