Yeah, but why?

I mean if you have 2 ethernet ports in your pc it can be done by creating a network bridge but something like a switch is a much better option.

i do have 2 ethernet ports so how to make a networking bridge ?

Agreed.

A simple 5-port gigabit switch for $20 is going to remove a lot of headache and make thing much simpler.

I assume the PC runs windows, go to the ethernet adapters configuration overview thingy where they are all listed, select both ethernet adapters, right click and select "network brigde" or something, it'll do some magic and that's it :P
