Thermaltake tg7

At my local computer store, wanted arctic mx4 but all they have is Thermaltake th-3 th-4 or th-7.

 

i want non-conductive paste, back of the-3 says “low electrical conductivity” 

 

are any any of these non conductive? Is it good paste? Please advise

Customer reviews on Amazon are saying the tg-7 is non-conductive.
