Need help which one  should pick all of them cost ~90€

  • ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS,
  • Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming,
  • MSI B350 GAMING PLUS,
  • MSI B350 PC MATE.

Dont really care about RGB headers because my current RGB fans are controlled with IR remote thro hub, they also get power from hub, so i only use cpu header and i cant sync them with motherboard.

All i need performance, and reliable OC, nothing crazy just R5 1600 at 3,8hz or even 4gtz should be great, at lowest voltage possible and 3000mhz-3200mhz ram, also probably will OC my GPU.

ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS or Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming.

I'm using B350 PC Mate atm with 1600x and not so happy with it to be honest. People are hinting that these boards have voltage issues, so take care.

Apparently people hate MSI's AM4 boards.

Quote me to see my reply!

Can't you get Asrock Pro4?

Eww. (and I own that board). It's not a terrible choice, but his statement "lowest voltage possible" may rule ASRock out. The lack of LLC generally means much higher voltage compared to the Asus alternatives with LLC. It would do 3.8, but I doubt it'll hit 4GHz without insane voltages. I need over 1.4v for 3.9 to be stable, and was never able to get 4GHz to work at less than 1.45v. I refused to go higher with the vcore.

I hard that asus prime b350 have shity audio quaity

And I'll bet you're probably pairing it with a shity pair of headphones or using the shity front audio ports on a shity case, so it doesn't matter if those claims are true or false. If you're a true audiophile, you'll be getting your own soundcard or DAC, anyway.

Hmmm, I only heard great thing about that board, and have used Pro4 series on other chipsets.

Asus prime B350 plus is nr1 for now. What about matx boards?  Iam thinking about GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 or MSI B350M Mortar this one in my budget, GA has good audio chip GA PCB could be black tho... MSI looks better and from what i read has better VRM and overall looks better, is that true about VRM? if yes will be left with MSI or ASUS, case choosing... Define C mini tg or meshify c...

i wonder how stupid it would look matx board in atx case :D or should i go with define mini c tg if matx is chosen one

MSI is a better choice in this case but the audio sucks on both.

Get an external DAC

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
