Bottleneck?

I recently upgraded from Asus GTX 660 2GB to Asus GTX 1060 3GB. But i do not see any slight better performance in my games , i do however think my 660 performs even better. Why is it so? Is my system bottlenecked?

My System Specs:

Intel Core i5-4460 @ 3.20 GHz

12.0 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @799MHZ

ASUStek H97M-E Motherboard

Geforce GTX 1060 3GB (ASUS)

1TB

have you completely deleted your old drivers? use DDU if you have to.

thats quite odd.
the 4460 should not be a bottleneck. 

have you installed the latest drivers ?
what games do you play ?

what resolution ?
