16 GB ram (8 Gb usable)

Hi, I have 16 Gb DDR4 2133 MHZ ram installed inside my workstation.
Recently , i noticed that 8 Gb ram is being used and the other 8 is not

This is what my computer properties says

Is there any problem ??

reseat the RAM

also go to the BIOS make sure all 16GB is detected

go to the BIOS and check if the RAM is used for the integrated graphics

disable the iGPU

go to msconfig

go to boot

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

You might have some faulty rams
