What's the difference between these two RAM's?

LuckyRNG

I was looking in the overclockers site and found these two RAMs that seem the exact same other than CAS timings and voltages.

What kind of difference does this make to the RAM? and is there a "better" option out of the two.  Any information for would appreciated. (I know one of them is out of stock)

Yeah I know. But I don't know what that means for the RAM.

The thing is I can get the RAM I linked for £180. But thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it!

The first one also has lifetime warranty while the other one only has "limited" lifetime warranty.
