You're wrong the Pentium G3900 does bottleneck the GTX 1050 Ti by significant margin, the GT 1030 is appropriated, furthermore his PSU can only handle it just the same.

I'd use a 750ti instead. Same performance as a 1030, much cheaper

Ya don't waste any money on it probably, save up for a cheap Raven Ridge APU system most likely, they should be pretty alright for entry level gaming, and most importantly gets you on AM4 with a way stronger CPU

Look for a really cheap used GPU in the meantime maybe.
