Pubg fps drop and texture loading bug

Hello guys, I have problem with pubg.

I bought new components to my pc and I tried to play pubg on it.

It was fine, without lags or anything like that.

One day my game started to slowly load textures and today i have also fps lags.

And after I ran MSI Afterburner it showed that my cpu and gpu are used only for like gpu: 17%  cpu: 30% 

I think it could started after some update but I also changed my psu to older one that had only molex cables so I connected reduction to connect it to my GPU that has 6-pin

I changed it becouse my psu that I had from friend wasnt working right.

I dont know what to do. Please help me.

Motherboard : ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H110M-K

GPU : gtx 1060 3gb

CPU : Intel Pentium G4560

OS : Windows 10 64x

PSU: PZ-500 500W

The CPU optimisation in PUBG is absolutely horrible. Maybe that pentium just isnt up to par. At least not in the games current state.
