gtx 960 pubg bad usage

my gtx 960 wont get past 50% usage some times goes up but rarely. cpu is a i3 4150 being used at 80 to 100% this happens mostl;y in pubg but also bf1 and other games

Pubg is pretty demanding, but It shouldn't go up to 100%. How much RAM do you have?

I would suggest a CPU bottleneck.

 

But could be wrong. I'd try to find a i5-4460 or something around there for cheap.

CPU is probably bottlenecking your GPU at least for PUBG.. Does it do this in other games or only pubg?

 

  PUBG is very CPU intensive it loves a high clocked quad core or better to run well.
