That's actually a good spec build, not going overkill on parts to allow for a more budget-friendly system. Good choice on all parts. I would change nothing.

well if you click on the kit you chose and scroll down a bit, in the specs on the left you find

CAS Latency

16

Timing

16-18-18-36

and when you're using parametric filter search it shows up in one of the columns in the middle.

you can get a 1070ti for the same price, go with that instead. that msi board isn't very good, get the asrock K4 instead. also, ditch the fans or get a cheaper keyboard and use the money for a 240gb ssd.

I wont be overclocking

It still is a maybe. I could be wrong and it would work fine, but for a 1070 a little iffy. Remember both the CPU and Graphics card will automaticially overclock to a degree (not much). You'd be perfectly fine but if there is a 500w thats a little more, I would certainly get it. Certainly for a 1070ti you would need better than 450w Bronze.

I do need case fans though

the case has one included which should be enough for temps, especially if you're not overclocking. if you really want case fans then a masterbox lite 5 rgb comes with 4 for $50.
