Locked Keys On TV

So i have an old LG 42LG3000 which appears to have its body keys locked so i cant use them. our remote recently broke so we cant controll anything anymore. How can i unlock those keys?

You'll likely need the remote to enable the buttons on the machine itself.

Buy a replacement remote or some kind of compatible universal remote or something.

Assuming of course the TV's menu function even has a means to disable/enable the buttons on the TV.  I mean, some do as part of their 'Kiosks Modes' or other such and hopefully that's all to is.  ...Or else maybe the buttons are broken.

actually i think there is some combination of keys that activate it. like pressing 3 buttons at the same time. maybe somebody did it on accident. oh well.
