What’s a good TV for PC gaming?

I’m not looking for color quality I’m just looking for smoothness. Therefore do I want something with a high refresh rate and the lowest latency? Is this all I’m looking for and if so can someone here suggest a TV that would be good? Thanks

This video here made by Linus simply just made me more confused...

it seemed as if he was going to say that this TV was a good TV for gaming but it ended up being the opposite. Is the nano cell TV better for gaming or the OLED? The conclusion to this video just made me more confused. I understand latency is very important but so is refresh rate. Can anyone help clear up this video and give a good suggestion for a good gaming TV for PC gaming? Thanks
