I have heard good things about the Hyper X headsets if you can afford it get the Alpha from hyper X its a proper stereo headset w/ microphone and detachable braided cables.   Don't be sold on the 7.1 "surround sound" headsets you will have far better positional audio for CSGO/PUBG with basic stereo I have been playing FPS games and CS/CSGO for over 10 years.

There are better options but they do cost more money personally I would go with something like the Brainwaves HM5/ NVX XPT 100 w/ Antlion Modmic the sound quality of the headphones and microphone will be far better than an all in one solution but will set you back a little more cash than  a "gaming headset" it all depends on how much you have to spend.

Headset and good doesn't go together

Just settle for a $40-60 Sibera 200, works fine, sounds fine, mic is alright so long as your motherboard has a noise suppression feature.

Sound quality wise imma pick hyperx cloud 2 (without using the usb dongle, it sucks imo), but for comfort, arctis is tad better than clouds.

However, if you can get this combo SHP9500 + vmoda boompro, it will guaranteed to be a better gaming headset from your choices. Very comfy and sounds great. I made a rough calculation its around $70 +/- from newegg and amazon cos the black friday sale...

So true... it's a oxymoron right there "Headset and good''. Its a vast choice of compromised design flaws, your choice is which ones you can live with.

Side Note though, USB Krakens are only $30 right now, should be fine
