Which one of these 2 laptops would perform better in programs like photoshop and autocad ?

 

1. 

i5-7300hq

16gb ram

Nvidia quadro m1200 4gb

 

2.

i7-7700hq

16gb

You don't need a Quadro card since there for 3d modeling/editing.

Autocad is 3d modelling. It might benefit from Quadro but its main differences are only better binning, certified drivers and better support. Nvidia price their Quadro 2-3 times more than the Geforce counterpart so if you think those three reasons are not justifiable you are going to really really regret buying Quadro.
