Any Good Over The Ear Headphones?

$50 to $100 range please. 

My legacy Koss ESP-9's that were going on for 25+ years finally dead last night  :(


The ones I'm temporary using (my mom's) are: JVC-HARX700 

I love them, but my ears are too big for even the JVC's. I'm trying to find a pair with very comfortable over the ear pads (for big foreheads & ears) too.  Doesn't need to include a mic

Have you tried disassembling them and removing the foam inside the cups? Those electrostatics are still competitive cans and it'd be a shame if they were dead for good.

 

Otherwise, are you looking for open or closed? What sorts of music do you listen to?
