Check for any wake timers or if you have Wake on LAN configured, something could be sending a WOL packet and your PC is coming out of sleep.

I had this back in the day when I still watched Pewdiepie's videos.

Used to wake me up at night at like 3AM with 10 YouTube tabs of Pewdiepie playing, truly terrifying...

Anyway, check out what @Lurick said, it's probably some timer, no biggie. Not sure what solved it for me, but I believe I got the same advice.

I disabled Wake on pattern match and Wake on magic packet on the Killer e2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller. Is there something like that i can disable in the BIOS too? Or even on Windows which i didnt find/mentioned?

Thx for the reply :)

In addition to all said, there's also devices allowed to wake the PC up. Check that out in device manager as well.
