OC not working at all - Pentium G3258 (ft Asus b85m-g

i just dont know whats goin on with my rig 

i tried change settings on ai tweaker tab but the changes are not applied properly(i mean oc not working at all)

Tried to reflash the bios to the latest and even the old ones but the oc is not working (whatever the settings i apply it just boots normally only with stock settings)

But this happened after replaced the mobo under warranty before that oc worked just fine with out any issues

i had even reinstalled the os but there is no changes at all

Do any one have any ideas to fix em?
