What is the best parts list for a new 400$ PC that has room for improvement and has alot of power for gaming and home office use

CPU sockets for amd 4100 that I already own is prefured

no CPU needed already have amd 4100 spare

Personally I would actually go and say get a PS4 if you want too game... A 400 USD computer is simply not any value IMHO

Not when it can't even hold it's rated stock clock at full load. And the instructions per clock is the worst I've ever seen...
