No. What Bootcamp does it it creates a separate NTFS partition for Windows without affecting your existing files on the Mac as long as you have an extra space. Just make sure you have extra space at around 100 GB. 

 

But then it’s always good to have regular backups using Time Machine which in my opinion is just better than File History on Windows 10. Just so you know, Time Machine will only backup your files on the Mac.

There is always minimal risk when adding partitions and other boot functions, but apple makes it pretty safe.

 

Your problem is you wont be able to do much gaming on any Apple product (current apple owner).

OK in rare circumstances i do have a seagate 2TB backup plus hard drive with a schedule to automatically if the installation fails do i just go through the recovery mode and use my drive to restore files and can i change the amount of space on the hard drive to something different like start at like 250GB can i to bootcamp and change it to like 400GB
