eBay and Craigslist would be the obvious choices.

I usually use Craigslist. Just don't fall for "I will send you a certified check" stuff.

How  about local newspaper, just put cash only,in advertisement . It will save you shipping fee.

 

 Also if you use  a Email  to communicate, make a new that you can drop once the sale is done. Privacy is paramount these day`s

 

 

Just don`t do the trade in dark alley .

I would say honestly, Craigslist as well. People can contact you via phone, because not everybody checks e-mail and everyone is back and forth; but that is only for the local area. ebay is a great source if you want to send it internationally or are looking for a wider range of customers. Letgo and offerup are in the same boat as craigslist but it is all up to where/how you want to /sell/ your pc.
