Sounds like a HDD or case fan, you could try to diagnose this by just turning on your system with either of those components not plugged in and seeing if you still get the same noise.

There could be something bad with the HDD because of how short the noise is.. Like it's trying to read or write something, or it's moving it's head/arm randomly.

 

Do you have any programs writting to the HDD?

 

 

Yeah definitely the HDD, My OS is running off an SSD but i do have some of my steam library on my Hybrid drive, My PC was idle which was making me second guess. Thanks for the help everyone!
