CPU + GPU + RAM

Hi all !

iam trying to get the most out of my upgraded laptop by over-clocking all components which are:

i7 2760QM

Geforce GT555m

16GB 1333MHz

now how can i overclock all the listed components to max but still remain safe? also how can i make all the components work together in advance and efficiency? 

any opinions will be more than appreciated.

i will be getting an extreme heatsink (custom made by my mechanical engineer friend)... so please try to discuss how can i make all the components work together efficiently ?
