Posted November 6, 2017 Author I forgot to mention that I plan to use this rig for VR and normal gaming. I also plan to use it for school for the major I'm taking which is Web Design. I know I could have used a Ryzen Threadripper but there isn't much Motherboard Support for the TR4 socket and I hate MSI products mainly because of the bad experiences I've had with their support. Posted November 6, 2017 Motherboard support for TR4 is good. You have to look on Asus boards, not Gigabyte or MSI junk. ASRock boards are decent too. If you can use the cores, getting 1950X may be worth it. Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
 Posted November 6, 2017 Author I had to switch out the OC editions for regular gaming ones cause they sold out and normally it takes awhile to get a new stock
Posted November 6, 2017 Author This is just a plan nothing is set in stone yet. I'm open to suggestions as to what parts I should use. I'm also wondering if this Build would be overkill for VR,Regular gaming,3D rendering, video editing and rendering and multitasking.
