Best used laptop for android x86

Im working on a project with android x86 and I need a laptop that has a touch screen and works well with it (That means little to no bugs or hardware incompatibilities). Im hoping for a dual core 64 bit cpu with 2gb of ram, but a single core 64 bit cpu will work fine. I also want to purchase it off ebay and my max budget is $120-150, Anyone have suggestions?

I would use a tablet for that.
