Which Platform?

Go to solution Solved by Chalkie,

Also worth looking into Humble Bundle, at the moment you can get the Day of the Devs bundle, and for only $0.01 you get three great games:

TumbleSeed
Steam reviews: Very Positive
92% of the 55 user reviews on Steam are positive.

Grim Fandango Remastered
Steam reviews: Very Positive
89% of the 2851 user reviews on Steam are positive.

Loot Rascals
Includes Soundtrack
Steam reviews: Positive

97% of the 39 user reviews are positive

You can also get H1Z1 now with the Humble Bundle Monthly option for $12 and in early december you gety over $100 worth of games! I did it this month and got some amazing games!

You could always try out demos and free-to-play stuff while you save the 10 bucks, multiplayer games makes no sense to pirate since the big deal on it is the multiplayer support Steam gives and you won't find it cheaper than in Steam, could wait for the sales though [:

Welcome to the PCMR, unfortunately PCMR comes at a cost for games. games that are good are most of the time not cheap

Look into Humble Bundle.

Steam sales often happen too, the biggest ones are the Christmas and the Summer sale. In addition to those, they have Midweek Madness, Developer Specials, and other similar things.

Humble Bundle for sure. Keep an eye out and you can fill you Steam library with tons of mediocre games and a handful of good ones for very little money...though the highest bundle still costs $15, so if you find $10 expensive you're likely SOL.

Don't use G2A. It's bad for the community.

I would also recommend looking at Origin as well, there is always a game on the house, at the moment its Steamworld Dig, but there is also Origin Access which includes a vast majority of games, I think its about $5USD (£3.99 here in the UK) per month and you get even the latest titles including Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2. You can find details here.

Origin isn't a great idea. You see it requires monthly payment, but my current system doesn't meet the system requirements. For now i prefer pay-once platforms.

But thank you anyways!

The free game on origin requires no subscription so just grab that, it will help boost your games collection :)
