Carry on 108ti build

So I was going to build a normal, nice rbg build, however I need to fly with it at least twice. I bought a gaming laptop with a 1060 and I just dont like gaming on a laptop. I would rather build an ATX pc if there are cases small enough for me to bring as carry on in a plane, but micro-atx is safer I think. Any small, carry on, build ideas?

Hmm I'd not go atx but itx, like an ASrock b350 mobo but else, sure go with micro-atx
