Cooling solution for Ryzen 1700x

Kaymax

Hello! I am looking for a cooling solution for a Ryzen 1700X, since as you know, it doesn't have a stock cooler.
No Noctua Coolers, for two reasons:
- I had terrible experiences with those in the past.
- They (in my opinion) look horrible.
I don't have a precise budget, but it would be great if I could spend 100€ or less; moreover, it would be great if the cooler looked good, or decent.

Thanks in advance!

Will the Dark Rock 3 Pro fit into a NZXT S340 Elite? I checked the specs and it shouldn't by 2 mm, but some on the internet say they are using it.
Anyone other possibility if it doesn't?
