Spectre 21.5 inch monitor slim

I have this scepctre monitor it is good and everything don't get me wrong but when I open World of Warships, Space engineers it tanks into a screen of white and black lines that fades into white and also that but, sometimes it does it when I turn it off. My current setup is an ABS computer with an Nividia 1080 Ti and Asus H110M-E motherboard with 8 gb of ram. Any ideas why?
