I would change the case to the Define C, P400 or P300. Cases are subjective, though.

Get faster RAM. Get 1x 8GB at ≥3000 MHz.

If you can, get the 6GB version of the 1060, as it performs ~5-10% better. Or the RX 570 or 580, if the prices are similar.

The best combination of storage, imo, is a 250GB SSD and a ≥1TB HDD. WD SSDs are all very mediocre, and overpriced, most of the time. The SL308, MX300 and 850 Evo usually cost around the same, and are better.

Decent budget PSUs are the CX450/M, TXM, and Vengeance. Depending on the pricing, there might be other, better PSUs available for a similar price. Use the PSU tier list, and pick a tier 1-3 unit.

Don't get 1x8GB of memory. While slightly more expensive, a 2x4GB kit offers dual channel memory operation. This provides a small but measurable performance improvement.

Ryzen cpu seem to do better with faster memory. Generally something around DDR4-3000 or DDR4-3200. Check the motherboard's memory QVL to insure compatibility. Some memory cannot run at its advertised speed on some Ryzen motherboards.

Did you look at an Intel i3-8100 build?

Hmm, well im on a budget and with a i3-8100 build i would need to buy a z370 motherboard that are more expensive right ?

True at the moment a z370 motherboard is the only option. But check out total system costs and compare performance before discarding the choice. Also, if you can wait until the new year, Intel is supposed to introduce lower cost chipsets.

Yeah, im probably only going to start buying things on the beggining of the next summer so i might

change to intel if cheaper motherboards com out

And btw does ram speed matter that much ?

Yes and no :).

Traditionally not so much with Intel. But if you look at some of the gaming data at https://www.techspot.com/review/1499-intel-core-i3-8100-i3-8350K/, you will notice it does improve performance by about 5%.

With Ryzen it does seem to make more of a difference. Reports suggest as much as a 10% improvement.
