The Ice Wall

MPC

Thank you very much !!!
It's true you're right. This is the first case / mod in the world that uses radiators as a supporting structure.

Do you actually see a reduction in temperature after water has been through the first 2 rads? I can't imagine...

The name of the project I think is as appropriate as possible. :D

The radiators as they have fans in both push and pull there is an adapter to power everything to 7V instead of 12V.
The radiators will not be connected in series because in the project there will be three loops and then three tanks, two of which on the sides of the radiators and one on the top.
I have no doubts about the frozen temperatures of the liquid xD

This is awesome!  Very innovative! Looking forward to seeing the final result. Makes me wish I had access to the tools you do.

Thank you !

The appropriate equipment helps a lot and gives a lot of satisfaction but without imagination and creativity they are just pieces of metal.

Project update.

SSD supports with 2 mm thick aluminum sheet. Folding by hand.

Box to cover the cables whit theme of the project. Hand bend plexiglass 4 mm thick with hot gun.

I know its just a cable cover, but this little thing alone is one of the master pieces in this build, the little details that really make it stand out.

Looks like it turned out really nice after bending. Great work so far!

Exactly, it's the small details that make the difference.
Yes, the folding has come very well and the box will be completed with blue paint and red plexiglass inside to highlight the writing.

Thank you !!!

Folding by hand wings motherboard tray that will allow the fastening on the sides of the radiators.

Disassembling the radiators in order to make threaded holes on the sides, disconnecting the pumps inside the system because no. 3 D5 pumps will be used and then replacing the fans with the blue LED ones.

this is an amazing project! I want more pics!

What is the base assembly?  Did you make that yourself, or is it a manufactured part?

Awesome build and can't wait to see your continued progress!

Thank you so much !

What you see in the picture in the last update is all part of the Alphacool system. The base in plexiglass with seats for the RGB LED strips and for the radiators, I will present it in the next step and will be all homemade with the use of CNC. You can see some details on the right side of the first 6 photos ;)

- cpu

- aluminum with anodization

- stalactites and ice cubes

Assembly of structure and hardware for visual testing.
