It's true you're right. This is the first case / mod in the world that uses radiators as a supporting structure.

The name of the project I think is as appropriate as possible.

The radiators as they have fans in both push and pull there is an adapter to power everything to 7V instead of 12V.
The radiators will not be connected in series because in the project there will be three loops and then three tanks, two of which on the sides of the radiators and one on the top.
I have no doubts about the frozen temperatures of the liquid

The appropriate equipment helps a lot and gives a lot of satisfaction but without imagination and creativity they are just pieces of metal.

 

 

 

Project update.

 

SSD supports with 2 mm thick aluminum sheet. Folding by hand.

Plexiglas support, 8 mm thick, for top tank locking, temperature sensors and buttons display.

Realization of the upper plate ducts and the expansion of the video cards.

Box to cover the cables whit theme of the project. Hand bend plexiglass 4 mm thick with hot gun.

I know its just a cable cover, but this little thing alone is one of the master pieces in this build, the little details that really make it stand out.

Exactly, it's the small details that make the difference.
Yes, the folding has come very well and the box will be completed with blue paint and red plexiglass inside to highlight the writing.

Folding by hand wings motherboard tray that will allow the fastening on the sides of the radiators.

Disassembling the radiators in order to make threaded holes on the sides, disconnecting the pumps inside the system because no. 3 D5 pumps will be used and then replacing the fans with the blue LED ones.

What you see in the picture in the last update is all part of the Alphacool system. The base in plexiglass with seats for the RGB LED strips and for the radiators, I will present it in the next step and will be all homemade with the use of CNC. You can see some details on the right side of the first 6 photos
