I need help

Dear, Community Member

I have a problem When i run Fortine Battle Royale after the game is loaded. Then a sound came from my PC. It sound like Buzzing, i think it from the hard drive but i am not sure.

Then another sound came through my Earphones. i dont not what the problem this. I use the DiskInfo64 to check the status of the hard drive it say good.

When i start CSGO it does not make this sound Please help me In this.

Most likely coilwhine. And no, there's nothing you can do about it.

I can't say for sure without hearing it. Could be coil whine, could be vibrations (fans, HDD). But if it starts when gaming, its most likely GPU drivers panicking (weird, I know). Could be ton of other things, like bad isolation of integrated audio chip or stuff like that.

i really dont know when i launch the game my mouse pointer freeze and the computer restart

Sounds like GPU issue. Could be PSU too, but I would check GPU first.

what troubleshooting method can i try now

i have a cheap 310 watts psu but i cant upgrade it

what sound card do you have(gpu not important unless your using it for the sound as well in which case its fortnites issue as i understand game to be in beta or just getting out of beta)

Rest of your specs? Thats really bad PSU if you have anything bit beefier. 450W from known brand would be optimal budget choice. You can get one for $50.

 

Troubleshooting: Run 3DMark or some other benchmark. If you get reboot, its probably PSU. Also take a look at GPU temps and if you are getting artifacting. Its one or another, if you can test with another GPU to verify which, that would be the best case.
