With that GPU I am not surprised. The game is just ported from console to PC with no optimisation and runs like a poo even on a lot better systems.

Hello everyone! 

I bought a new game called 

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

But the problem is that my average FPS is 4 while in GTA 5 at 1080p my average is 25-28 FPS. Please tell me what is going on?!

Specs:

Gt 610 1gb overclocked

I5 3570 up to 3.8ghz

6gb ram

Oh... Thats why it says to press on the buttons of cintroller when i am using a keyboard
