CM masterbox lite 5 RGB - what do you guys think?

So Im thinking of getting this case for my build, but one thing bothers me is the RGB lighting - I find it to be way too flamboyant.

Is there a way to turn the RGB lighting off on those fans?

Yes you turn off or disable the RGB effect by unplugging the lighting control on the fans.
