No Lineout options for Audio

So i just finished a build with a H61H2-M4 and it works perfectly fine but i can not get any audio out of it nothing ive tried reinstalling all the audio drivers but to no avail, nothing will show up in the lineout section of the Manage Audio devices section of Win 7. The only thing that will show up are 3 Nvidia outputs which are not connected (using a GTX 1050ti oc).
ANy ideas guys because right now i have no idea im gettin really annoyed

Have you actually plugged anything in?

into the right port?

Have you installed the correct drivers from the manufacturers website?

If you go into device manager what shows up under "Audio Inputs and Outputs"?

yes and ive tried both the front out line and the motherboard out line jac.
yes i installed all the drivers and reinstalled them as i said in my original post.
there is no "Audio inputs and outputs" only "sound, video and game controllers" which only shows the "high definition audio device" , "Nvidia high definition audio device" and "Nvidia virtual audio device"

Problem was solved with a complete format of the drive and reinstall of Win 7, speakers now show up in the sound manager.
