The "best" Z370 motherboard when it comes to VRMs is the Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7... but chances are that you'd fine with a mid-range board like the ASRock Fatal1ty K6.

I know. The Fatal1ty K6 is a good board that can handle a decent OC. But by all means, if the Aorus Gaming 7 is within your budget's parameters then you're free to get that instead.

best UEFI is probably getting within personal preference.. and while i really like asus products.. their fan control stuff is absolutely horrendous.

that said, i have an el cheapo asrock board, and it has no fan control settings past "on" and "off"

I heard of the new CPU intel has recently launched.I am looking forward for buying it but I am confused....which motherboards should I go with? If want a tough mobo which is made for gaming and professional editing.. Do not need to worry about budget

I would say the high end ASUS boards are pretty chill. ROG Maximus ones, Strix ones, and Gigabyte 7

No, best UEFI is what the majority agrees on.

Also, if you use the fan control in the UEFI instead of the software in OS it's actually excellent.

i find that UI severely annoying because it lacks the assist fan headers xD

Well that's just because some motherboards don't have assistant fans...

This one does:

This is by far the best fan control method.

No need for 3rd part or other software, no need for extra background processes, no need reset everything if you ever clean install, lots of fan curve options including 0rpm, easy to switch between DC/PWM...

:)

Weird, maybe because it's older.
