I am looking to upgrade my current system, and repurpose the old hardware into a server, and I need another case for it. I am looking for something as small as possible. I do not see myself needing a dedicated GPU or a tall CPU cooler for my use case, but I do need at least one 3.5" HDD slot. The CPU that I am repurposing is an i5-4670, with an ITX motherboard. Any suggestions?.

I have watched that video before posting. I think some of those are still too large, and the small ones (A4 SFX) is only available on kickstarter, which means that it will be very difficult to get my hands on one.

If you need to go really small the limiting factor it's gonna be most likely the 3.5 inch drive. It might be expensive but you can find 2.5 inch mechanical drives that are 7200rpm (so they don't suck on performance like most 2.5 drives do) or for even more money, large ssds.

Since you don't need a GPU I think about the best you can achieve is something like the S4 mini that should still fit a 3.5" (instead of the GPU)

You may be right, I neglected to read the 3.5" requirement... two of my suggestions offer 3.5 compatibility though.

I have a cue light I can use to show you when I’m joking, if you like.
